These terms explain the basic rules for using WholeSpan, formerly TwHELLve. By using the app or website, you agree to use the service responsibly and follow the policies shown here.

1. Acceptance

By using WholeSpan, you agree to these Terms and Service and applicable policies.

2. Eligibility

You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are permitted to use this service.

3. Pricing and Access

WholeSpan starts with a 30-day free trial for eligible new members. After the trial, membership is available for $3 per month or $12 per year through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Membership includes 30 AI credits each month. Extra AI credit packs are available for $2 per 50 credits.

4. Refunds

Subscriptions and in-app purchases are handled through Google Play on Android and the Apple App Store on iPhone and iPad. Refunds, cancellations, and renewals follow the policies of the store where the purchase was made.

5. Conduct

You agree not to abuse community features, impersonate others, or submit harmful content.

6. Privacy

Use of this service is also subject to the Privacy Policy and related data handling practices.

7. Limitation of Liability

WholeSpan is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law.

8. Updates

These terms may be updated over time. Continued use after updates means acceptance of revised terms.
